Which clothing size should I get?

We recommend you take a look at our sizing charts page for a detailed sizing outline of all our products.

How do I take care of my items?

We recommend that you wash similar colours together, do not iron the print directly, wash and iron inside out. All of our T-shirts are preshrunk to avoid shrinkage when washing. Orders & Delivery 

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Our dispatch times are usually within 5 days, however during busier periods please allow up to 7 days for your order to be dispatched.

What are the shipping options?

All our parcels are shipped from our UK Distribution centre.

We offer Amazon shipping within the UK and Royal Mail tracked international to the rest of the world. 

I have not received tracking information, what should I do?

Once you've placed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. We'll process your order promptly and notify you via email when it's ready for dispatch. At this point, you'll receive another email that contains your tracking information.

If you are still within our dispatch window, we kindly ask you to be patient whilst we dispatch your order.

All tracking information is automatically synced to your order status page and will be updated accordingly. You can use this information to track your shipment until it is delivered. If this hasn't been received after 5 working days please email contactus@fusionpieces.com

I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?

Kindly forward an email to us at contactus@fusionpieces.com containing all the pertinent details, so that we can look into it

Returns

What is your returns policy?

Our products are sold as final, with the exception of defective items or those that don't match their description.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt and reach out using the same email address you ordered from.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contactus@fusionpieces.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that were not pre-approved by our team.
